Our philosophy

Kaizen is a Japanese word. It means change for the better, and it never stops.

Most builders finish a project and move on. We finish a project and ask what we would do differently. Then we write it down, change the procedure, and build the next one better. It is slower to set up and faster in the long run.

That habit shows up everywhere: in how we plan a site, in the construction methods and technology we adopt, and in the level of finish our clients walk into. It is the reason our first multi-family project in Penticton earned three Georgie Awards finalist nominations.

Every phase has a written procedure, and every procedure has an owner. After each project we review what slowed us down or cost money, and we change the document before the next one starts.
